Function addGetLogsCmd

addGetLogsCmd(dbg: IDbg): IDbgCmdCtx
Add the :getLogs command to the provided instance
Parameters
- dbg: IDbg
  The dbg instance
Returns IDbgCmdCtx
An array of IDbgMemoryLog entries from any available installed IDbgMemoryProvider provider.
