Export assertion functions

strictlyTruthyFunc<R>(this: IAssertScope, evalMsg?: MsgSource): R
Evaluates if the value is (strictly) equal to true, it calls IScopeContext.eval with the result which may throw an AssertionFailure excetion if the operation evaluates to false.
