Export assertion functions

hasSymbolFunc(theSymbol: symbol): SymbolFn
Returns a new SymbolFn that will assert that the current IScopeContext value has the specified symbol property.
Parameters
- theSymbol: symbol
  The symbol property to check.
Returns SymbolFn
The new "instance" (object) to be used as the this for the chained operations.

Throws
An AssertionFailure if the current value does not have the specified symbol property.
