Asserts that the current IScopeContext value has the specified nested property using dot notation (e.g., "a.b.c").
Parameters
- this: IAssertScope
  The current IAssertScope assertion scope.

  The dot-separated path to the property.
- Optionalvalue: any
  The expected value of the property (optional).
- OptionalevalMsg: MsgSource
  The message to display if the assertion fails.
Returns IPropertyResultOp
The new "instance" (object) to be used as the this for the chained operations.
