Export filter helpers

findMatchingTests(rootSuite: ITestSuite, filter: ITestFilter): ITestCase[]
Finds all test cases that match the given filter criteria. This is a convenience method that only returns matching tests.
Parameters
- rootSuite: ITestSuite
  The root suite to search through
- filter: ITestFilter
  The filter to apply for determining matches
Returns ITestCase[]
Array of matched test cases
